“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

— Carl Rogers

About me:

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University in 2020 with an M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy.

My practice approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and compassionate. I believe we are all doing the best we can, but sometimes we don’t know what we don’t know. My goal with my clients is to make you feel seen and heard, and always work from a nonjudgmental stance.

I have experience working with clinical diagnoses including, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. I work from a systemic perspective and utilize only evidence-based approaches including the Gottman Method, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Systems Theory, and Mindfulness.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and goofy dog Whiskey, spending time outside, baking, and reading.
